Perks of Being a Wallflower by Stephen Chbosky is, and could very well always be my favorite book. I recommend it to any body with a pair of eyes and some spare time. I could read this book over, and over, and over again! It was suggested to me by my sister, so THANKYOU!
My favorite part of the whole book is how honest the main character, Charlie, is with himself. I just adore his quirky personality. If someday I meet a Charlie, I will drop down on one knee with a ring faster than you can say "wallflower" (I always have a ring with me just in case).
This is one of those cases when in some respects you aspire to be more like a person. Not to be cliché but, when I finished this book, I felt infinite.
“And I thought that all those little kids are going to grow up someday. And all of those little kids are going to do the things that we do. And they will all kiss someone someday. But for now, sledding is enough. I think it would be great if sledding were always enough, but it isn’t.”
