A New Social Breed

It could be ethnicity, clothing, hairstyles, or height, but it is unmistakable that in every situation there is some sort of segregation between groups of people. There is one group of teenagers that is growing at such a staggering pace, that it is very likely that they will cease to exist. This group is know as Hipsters. Hipsters are the type of people who would be tremendously delighted to inform you that they listened to “that band” months before they even got a signed record contract.  Every hipster will always be wearing one or more of the following items purchased from their local Urban Outfitters: skinny jeans, men’s style clothing, moccasins, high wasted shorts,or clunky non-prescription glasses.  This brand new breed of hipster is extremely different from any other group because of their arrogant ways of making sure they clash with every other social class. In doing so, they actually begin to all become exactly the same. If you do decide that you must be part of the hipster life style you will gain a superb lack of respect for others and a stunning ego to match your superiority.
Hipsters are an obvious part of most Americans lives. While shopping, some people get alarmed by glare-like smirks from teenagers across the store. There is really no need to worry; it is just a hipster! Hipsters don’t even like their own fellow hipsters; they see friendship as a competition for out doing one another’s unique traits. Hipsters have a passion for fashion and inequality. A great amount of discrimination can be seen not just in hipsters but also through the social groups in politics, schools, and even on the streets.
